I remember being small around 8 years old and how my whole world was shaped by the nature around me. My childhood bestfriend and I would constantly be outside playing and interacting with the plants and animals that surrounded my backyard and neighborhood. Years ago, there were not many neighbors around and most of the area around me was plain fields before they turned into houses with no field to be found. Some of my favorite childhood memories are outdoors such as visiting parks and feeding the wildlife. Nature and our environments are such an important part of the way we view and appreciate life.
